I am rejecting this response because:    The first mattress set ...said zero cost for the five inch box springs..... at the time I was purchasing the second mattress.... Mr. [redacted] had me pay the remaining money owed on old acct and it was thirty some dollars...... he said he was crediting me the monies paid from old first mattress to the new mattress.... and I paid the thirty dollars left owing to clear the acct..... now I owe 42. on this newer mattress .....to be free and clear and they have come up with a 100. still owing from first mattress.... I paid fifty dollars a month.... in what would have been our 53rd anniversary year..... we never had to return a mattress box springs set because they were garbage..... I have learned the low quality of product that [redacted]s Furniture carries from this transaction....he said you know if its made on a Friday or on a Monday.... doesn't fly with me...... I just want to be able to pay this acct off in July and be done free and clear from [redacted]s Furniture.... I don't own one dime on first mattress... if you look carefully at the documents he shows..... it said so much for the mattress but zero for the box springs.... this is not a good reputable store... apparently.... I have purchased a washer dryer for cash and a recliner for cash but I wont shop in their store anymore because of the poor quality of their bed and how he wants to cheat me by charging me a 100. more for an old dumpy mattress I also had paid 110. down on the first one.... and then at the end with a different mattress.... he charged me thirty some dollars to close out the first contract... Please stop this .... fraud and ..... make it paid in full of 42. when I pay in July.....
