Rooter-man response from complaint by *** ***.When *** called she was informed that it was a $service fee to come to her home and evaluate her plumbing issue and that the technician would give her an up front price for fixing her issue before any work is started That is what
the technician did, just like we do on every job Our technicians strive to be friendly and courteous *** also misinterpreted how our proposal form works it was a proposal for the price and work to be done Mrs*** never called our company to voice her concern and still hasn't the best thing to do is always call a company first before writing a letter to the Revdex.com We treated Mrs*** like everyone else, with prompt service, friendly technicians and an eye to quality work We do not plan on giving a $refund Customer agreed to have us come out for the $service fee, knowing that we would give her a price for the work that would need to be done after we make the assessment of the problem

Rooter-Man went to the customers house and resolved issue with the $50 rebate.

a $50 refund.  He said that we would receive one.  But, we have never received the refund.  And that was some time ago.
