Rooter Town Plumbers

I called due to backing up and they came out the first guy claimed her couldn't get my old brass clean out in the garage open, didn't even look in the yard where I said other work had been done and said I had to pay another $100+ dollars to take off my toilet. Then told me I needed to run the canera for even More money. I agreed to it. The supervisor Clark came the next day and ran the camera so fast I couldn't see much and then claimed I had an offset bad enough to need a sleeve job for 6k! He said he would drop it to $4500 if I signed right then and that "he needed to get his guys to work!" I refused. This was on 8/1/21. Fast forward to the present and I had an HONEST company come out. My offset is so slight it needs nothing done. My pipes just need a really good clean out. F U Rooter Town! This is not even a 1k job! I will be telling everybody I know how you do business!
