Review: I hired this company to do some plumbing work. After paying them, I realized that I was charged too much for the service. It was not the price agreed upon. When I called the phone number to discuss the charges, the phone number was no longer in service. I called every day for two weeks. It was still out of service. The company now has a new phone number. I found their work very unprofessional and question their ethics. This could be a possible scam company.Desired Settlement: I don't feel that I should be charged the additional $300. I was quoted a price of $200 and would like the balance refunded. According to the website, I should not have been charged anything other than what I was told up front. The plumber that came to my house left my home dirty. He tracked [redacted] all through the downstairs. Used my tools and equipment without permission, and rooted through my personal items downstairs. I demand a refund.
