Company performed school pictures at our local highschool for of my kidsWe had to pre pay for our picture selection
Both of my checks have been cashed by the company however pictures have not been send to us
tried to contact them twice via e-mail - no reply
tried to call twice - on hold for over minutes - no person actually picking up the phone to discuss this matter

I ordered a digital download of my daughter's Senior pictures as part of a package I assumed that a digital download would include all the pictures taken Instead I received just the digital images that I had already ordered as prints I believe this is deceptive advertising I have had several other people look at Root's advertising and they agreed with my interpretation
After reviewing the customer's issue, I agree with the customer -- if they are ordering our Elite package, the digital download included in the package should be the same product as the stand-alone digital download product (which includes all the images)I've had our customer service department
contact the parent and inform her that she will be receiving a digital download that includes all the images from the student's sessionWe're changing this product for everyone as of today.
