Rooster Tail Inn

Review: On May 16, 2015, my wife and I made a reservation to stay at the Rooster Tail Inn on Wednesday August 5th. On July 29, 2015 we received a phone call that the owners of the Inn have had a personal family emergency and our reservations will be cancelled and our deposit of $169.63 will be refunded. Since then, no such refund has been made and we have received no further responses to our e-mails and phone calls. While we understand and sympathize for the proprietors personal situation, we this it is fair to receive a full refund for the service we did not in fact receive.Desired Settlement: To receive a full refund of our $169.63 deposit.
