The situation was not handled the way I would want it to be, and while I wish I was at the cafe at the time to deal with it myself, I can not be there at every momentI do want to make it up to this customer and have since contacted her to refund the $ From my
records, I believe she paid in cash, so I am waiting for her response to see how she would like her refund processedI have also talked to and disciplined the employee in question. I do hope this will suffice and she will be able to gain trust in us again
