it was sold "As Is' with their signature Mr *** brought this vehicle in to our service dept on 12/22/15, approximately days after the purchase. He complained about the heater temperature. The vehicle showed a low level coolant, so we added coolant at no charge to the customer. Almost days later he brings it back in for a coolant leak. We diagnosed his problem as an intake gasket that needed to be replaced for $200.00. It was not covered by the limited warranty. I personally talked with *** and his mother on 1/27/after our Service Technician diagnosed his coolant leak and after being yelled at and threatened I agreed to split the cost of this repair with them. They stormed out screeching tires saying they would get even with me. Since I have not repaired this vehicle for the heater temp and/or the coolant leak I really don't know that his repair involving a thermostat housing actually has fixed this problem. I will still stand by my agreement and help him $towards this thermostat housing or the intake gasket. I do want the ***s' to understand this is all I can do on an "As Is" vehicle and over days later on a year old vehicle. *** ***Rooster Bush Automotive828-728-

it was sold "As Is' with their signature. Mr [redacted] brought this vehicle in to our service dept on 12/22/15, approximately 56 days after the purchase. He complained about the heater temperature. The vehicle showed a low level coolant, so we added coolant at no charge to the customer. Almost 40 days later he brings it back in for a coolant leak. We diagnosed his problem as an intake gasket that needed to be replaced for $200.00. It was not covered by the limited warranty. I personally talked with [redacted] and his mother on 1/27/16 after our Service Technician diagnosed his coolant leak and after being yelled at and threatened I agreed to split the cost of this repair with them. They stormed out screeching tires saying they would get even with me. Since I have not repaired this vehicle for the heater temp and/or the coolant leak I really don't know that his repair involving a thermostat housing actually has fixed this problem. I will still stand by my agreement and help him $100.00 towards this thermostat housing or the intake gasket. I do want the [redacted]s' to understand this is all I can do on an "As Is" vehicle and over 90 days later on a 10 year old vehicle. [redacted]Rooster Bush Automotive828-728-4222
