Review: Owner, Steve R[redacted] hired to install 2 1/2 ton Heat Pump on June3, 2013 and was paid for the heat pump and installation in cash ($6122).

Mr. R[redacted] came out to the house and removed the old heat pump in early July to install the new heat pump. He noted the area was damp (recent heavy rains) and discovered that an animal (woodchuck or raccoon) had been in the area of the heat pump(which is in a crawlspace) and asked us to eliminate the animal issue. We trapped both a woodchuck and a raccoon (we do not know which was around the heat pump) and called Mr. R[redacted] to come back out and complete the work. He informed us he would be out in about a week but that is the last we have ever heard from him. He refuses to answer our calls, refuses to refund our money, and does not respond to our certified mailing demanding refund.Desired Settlement: We merely want him to refund our money. He has had a year to perform the work and refused to do so or even return our calls.

Review: we signed up and paid $450.00 for a service aggrement, the owner of the company had recommended. On our invoice dated June 2011 he wrote he will send the contract to us. We never received the contract or the service. We have called and left messages several times. Never recieved service or a call back.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a refund of the money we gave him. The service was never recieved he has never followed up and at this point we do not feel he is reliable enough to follow threw with any contract. If you take money for a service and never provide that service it is theft.
