Room Busters Cleaning Service, LLC

This horrible company is now going under the name Orbitz hose Cleaning, and are using sites like Living Social to get businessI purchased a voucher for four hours of house cleaning as a gift for my sisterThe both of us tried for weeks ro get a hold of Orbitz to schedule their services, with no answer or response what so everI was finally able to locate an email address fo them, so I sent an email asking how to get a hold of them to schedule the appointmentThe response I recived was "our next available date is September 28th"........bothing else! No times, other available dates, etcI reemailed them asking houw to schedule the appointmentHer response this time was, "I just answered you, didn't I?"
After that, I called Living Social, who apolgized and credited the voucher amount back to my account
Then I emailed [email protected] and told them the following:
"I called Living Social and cancelled my voucher with your horrible company, reported how poorly you handle business, and how rude you are to customersI will also be sure to trash your company at any opportunity I get and make sure no one I know will ever use your services"
The response below is what they sent back to meSorry for the language, but I'm litterally quiting her!!! "*** you ***"
WOW!!!! Is all I can say!!!!
