Review: I got Kids furniture from Rooms2go and we figured out later it was damaged. Rooms2go is not ready to replace defective furniture mentioning it should have been reported

Order number is [redacted]. Customer service representative as refusing to replace defective head board and foot board mentioning this is something which should have been reported 48 hours after delivery. Furniture was purchased on 12/[redacted]/2014 and delivered on 12/[redacted]/2014

We from our side reported issue after 15 days. Demanding 48 hours is unethical and not the right way. Please help in resolving this

The only part they are ready to exchange is mirror which was also defective.Desired Settlement: Exchange defective Head Board, Foot Board and Mirror for the furniture

Review: Furniture was purchased in good faith that all products ordered would be delivered in their appropriate state. The products delivered were damaged, missing parts, or just not delivered. After getting the run around from customer service and the [redacted] (**) we are asking for the products to returned and fully refunded. ** the [redacted] in [redacted] called my wife a liar.Desired Settlement: Refund
