Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/10/22) */
RoofUS apologizes that the first notice from Revdex.com was not seen. Thank you for sending a second notice.
In August 2014, RoofUS Construction replaced Ms. [redacted]'s roof and gutter screens only (not gutters, since her insurance company did not...
find damage to her gutters). In April 2015 Ms. [redacted] reported to [redacted] Repair Program (who relayed the information to RoofUS) that she had water flowing between eave and gutter on South side of her home. Since this would not be caused by anything RoofUS replaced (roof and gutter screens), [redacted] with RoofUS called Ms. [redacted] and let her know we were busy tarping and repairing major hail damage emergencies but would agree to come by out of good customer service and look at it, but only after the emergency storm work was done. Later in the summer, [redacted] with RoofUS went by her home and was told by a woman at the home that she did not have any problems and appeared annoyed that he was there, therefore he immediately left. Apparently there was some sort of misunderstanding.
Today, 10/22/15 at 10:55am, [redacted] with RoofUS left a message for Ms. [redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX asking if one of our representatives, [redacted], could come by and look at the problem at 9am tomorrow, Friday, 10/23/15. Please advise if that appointment time works for her.
Thank you.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/10/23) */
When I received the phone call from the company at first I didn't realize it was them calling because it did not show on the caller id.
He did come out today and he did respond and fixed the gutters to my satisfaction.
