Mr*** is stating that there roof did not have a gap between the sides at the time of build but as you can see below( these are pictures used to supplant the insurance company at the time of the build for an additional layer of felt that we had to remove) in the top left corner of the first picture you can clearly see that the large gap was already present between the two halves of the mobile home it was just hidden by the flimsy piece of metal that was over it Please let me know how to communicate this to the *** familyThank *** ***

There was not just one phone call it was back and forth for several phone calls We did have a professional mobile home person come out and paid $for him to level our homeThe reciept is attached He is the one who brought to our attention the missing flashing The house was leveled after the roof was replaceAlso I never saw or meet the professional mobile home person that supposively came out here Our house did not have this gap in it until the roof was removed.

All I can see in this picture is a hole not a gap down the entire length of our home And if this is a hole in our roof , why were we not informed?
