Review: Owner [redacted] (contractor License #[redacted]) installed a Gerard metal roof at my residence on July 2013. Per contract he was supposed to paint the 6 downspouts to the color of the house as required by the homeowners association. Additionally, [redacted] was supposed to repair the rain run-off patterns of the porch portion of the roof. I have attempted to contact him numerous times by phone (###-###-####) since November 2013 to no avail.Desired Settlement: Between June 6, 2013 - July 23, 2013 I paid [redacted] $25,000. The settlement that I would like resolved is for [redacted] to complete the work as described in a reasonable period of time. If he fails to respond, then I am asking for a refund of $5,000. This amount is based on the fact that the roofing portion of the patio may need replacing.
