I am rejecting this response because:
As a consumer, it doesn't matter to me who owns the site If you need to complain to your corporate office, do so - it's YOUR business' site with your name and reputation tied to it regardless of how much control you have over it.In regards to the advertising not being deceptive, I'll review what I stated in my original complaint: there is no mention of these "Essentials" gyms or franchise gyms anywhere on their site (anywhere that is reasonably findable at least) or any indication that the locations mentioned are not the entirety of the Crunch locations Yes, it provides a number (at the time, today) but there is no indication that this number is a fraction of all the Crunch locations There is no "**" to indicate more details on these locations (such as they do for the pricing) or a clickable link within the location number that further explains what these locations are - either of these would be accept forms of information disclosure Their absence is what makes the advertising deceptive

is not the case- it shows access to 190 clubs- the site is designed from Corporate, so the GM was correct in stating we have limited control and our cancellation policy is directly stated right in the agreement he signed and there is a Locations tab right on the page where you choose which membership you’d like. Crunch North Brunswick apologies for any miscommunication and any inconveniences to the member.Thank you,
