We installed stacked pipe on the main house in October of 2014 .  This has a 10 year warranty.  As a favor to the customer, we repaired a leak on her garage while we were there.  She was not charged for this and it fixed the leak.  Over the winter the ice backed up and caused it...

to leak again.  We had told the customer the garage roof would need to be replace and she did acknowledged this.

The consumer had the roof repaired incorrectly before we were hired.  We were hired to fix leaks on portions of the roof and it really should have been torn down and completely redone.  We  tore off and redid the flat roof, repaired another section,...

sealed and repaired the skylights.  We have been back to help her with leaks 5 different times and have hired other roofers to help assess the problem.  I will try to have someone come to look at it one more time, when weather permits.
