We have received and reviewed the homeowner complaint that
was submitted to the Revdex.com and have; since the complaint has
been filed, met with the homeowner on September 20th 2014 to better
understand his concerns with the items listed in his complaint. We are
currently reviewing...
his list of requests and in the process of validating his
concerns. Once the repair issues are validated, we will determine the best plan
of action with the homeowner to execute and resolve the concerns and repairs.
