If the shop had initially told me the compressor needed to be replaced I would have opted to not proceed with the repairs due to costAs the records indicate, it was not until my 3rd visit after paying for new repairs each time, was it suggested I get the compressor repaired as wellAgain their story makes no sense because if they had actually suggested the compressor needed repair, why would we be fixing other parts than the compressor itselfIt was over a week later and visits and dollars that it was suggested to now pay more money to fix the compressor.Another fallacy is that they claim that their coorperate HQ contavted or spoke to me in any wayThey have still never called or answered my different requests via phoneAn initial complaint was made by me with no follow up
