I called Roofcrafters (Jamie) to come and give me a quote on a flat roof section that was leaking. We looked at what was going on and she pointed out so many deficiencies in a flat roof original install (1 year old work done by another company who couldn't fix it and gave me the runaround even under warranty). She consulted with her roofing expert at Roofcrafters (Dave) via phone and detailed pics to understand the situation and where leaks were likely. Later they both came out to go over the job in more detail with me on the roof. They explained everything were well and were helpful for me to understand what and where issues were. They also noticed some flashing that was lacking from the original metal roof installation and included it in the work scope to make sure to prevent any additional and future water penetration. Roofcrafter supervisor Dewayne installers later came onsite. Dave and Dwayne reviewed roof together and talked about what needed to be done. They took care of the details (ran the TPO membrane up underneath metal roof) and restored my metal roof back to original condition. They tied in flashing into stucco drip ledge and reinforced it with metal roofing material. They caulked all the cracks around stucco that was damaged by the other roofing company. They added TPO and metal roof flashing around my outdoor skylight where the leaks were coming from. They added the metal flashing on the ledges missed by other roofer. They laid out a 60 mil thick TPO layer on the flat roof with minimal seams and bonded all the seams that did exist. After work was completed and crew thoroughly cleaned up, I did a walkthrough with Dwayne. You can't believe how happy I was about their work and their honesty. After what I went through with the other roofer, they restored my faith in humanity. If you need a new roof or need a repair, I would highly recommend starting with Roofcrafters (Jamie, Dave and Dwayne) to get their assessment.

RoofCrafters did a great job on replacing my roof. Kevin gave me a prompt and thorough estimate stating each step of the job. Thomas oversaw the job and made sure that the work was done quickly and professionally. Paco and his group worked hard and did the job in a timely manner. A roof is a large investment and I am happy I chose RoofCrafters to do the job!

All my questions were answered quickly. The crew of 5 worked very hard to complete the roof in a very timely manner and when they left the area was as clean as before they started to replace the roof. After Hurricane Irma, I contacted two local roofing companies for a repair estimate. Neither of them bothered calling back or following up. RoofCrafters, however, sent an estimator out promptly, and gave three quotes in regards to either repairing or replacing the roof. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Outstanding work ethic, from start to end!

This might be long so if you don’t want to read it all just pick up the phone, call and ask for ***, If he’s gone to work for another roofing company find out where he went and call that place because *** was awesome to work with. My situation is that I’m 300 miles away and trying to sell the house. We had a buyer but the inspection revealed that we had some major exterior problems so we got a contractor to do the job. Next thing I know the contractor calls me and tells me we need carpentry work and “he’s got a great guy for the job”. The carpenter ends up charging us $9k for a job that should have been around $1,500 but I’m stuck because we’re halfway through the job. So even though I feel like a minnow in a shark tank I pay the carpenter. Next thing I know the contractor calls and says we need a new roof and “he’s got a great guy for the job”… they give me a price and it’s way overcharged. The contractor is pushing very hard for this roofer because it’s slowing down the job but I’m really feeling taken advantage of so I get 3 quotes for a new roof. Long story short is that *** not only gave me a good price on the roof, he put up with a contractor that was looking for any fault he could find so he could charge me more for delays. *** went out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly, on time, and on budget. *** even called me back after a big storm went through and said that he knew I was out of town so he went by the house, climbed up on the roof and inspected for any damages. Then, to further blow my mind with a “wow factor” of great service he mentioned that the storm had blown down some limbs and he would be happy to have his guys come by to clean up the mess… WHAT???? Professional, Honest, Dependable, Caring, are all words that describe ***. If you need roofing work done this is the only guy in Savannah to call.
