01/24/2018: I went back and fourth with *** *** *** and RoofcoAll I wanted was for them to release the funds so I could hire someone else to do the workThey did finally release the money and I had *** *** complete the job and the did it perfectlyI have no more problems in my home and no leaksThis was resolved

The work was done through a City of St Louis grant program and signed off by a City of St Louis inspector*** fails to note that we have been back to look at her concerns and have found no evidence of water infiltrationWe have requested that a City inspector revisits this project inside and out
and advise both parties of any action he would like to see taken*** states that she has never seen any leaking but believes the humidity is higher in her home than it should beTell us why here

There is no sign of leakage in the roof. The roof was inspected by the City of St. Louis upon completion. Additionally, this person is not my customer.  The job was paid for by a federal grant administered by the [redacted] Program through the City of St. Louis. I've contacted them and they agree with me that her issue is unrelated to our roof installation.
