I can tell you first hand , roof rx tries there best to be professional. From customer service to tech they work hard at making customers happy.
The problem is they tend to spread themselves out and at times are too backed up because they take on more then they can handle.

Review: RoofRX performed a roof inspection on our house without our permission. The inspector walked on our roof and moved roof tiles.
Our house was in escrow to be sold. The potential buyer for our house scheduled a roof inspection with Roof RX. The roofing company came out to our house, which is tenant occupied, and performed an unauthorized roof inspection. The potential buyer of the house was the only person present during the inspection. The potential buyer instructed the roofing inspectors not to bother the tenants. The roofing company did not received permission from us, the homeowners, or the listing real estate agent before performing the inspection. The only name on the work order was that of the buyer. Both the potential buyer and the roof contractors were trespassing on our property. The two roofing inspectors walked all over our 30 year old tile roof without our permission. They took multiple pictures of themselves standing on the roof. The inspectors removed several tiles from the roof to expose the paper below to take pictures for the potential buyer. This is not permitted. The roofing inspectors filed a report stating that we had several active leaks in our roof. There is no evidence that we have any leaks in our roof. All of the cracked tiles had been treated and were not leaking. A home inspection was performed the week before and no evidence of any leaks was found.Desired Settlement: The roofing company walked all over our roof and possibly damaged multiple tiles and the paper underneath. We will not know how much damage was caused until it rains again. I want the roofing company to replace all the paper under the tiles over the entire roof and replace any cracked tiles. It is not possible to inspect the roof to determine how many holes were made in the paper below the tiles. An independent roofing inspector then needs to inspect the roof to ensure that all tiles are repai

Please see a copy of the email below from the sellers agent [redacted] to [redacted] (potential buyer)
That we did have permission to inspect the roof.

No problem with me or the sellers. As long as the roofer can inspect the roof without going into the house. Because the husband [redacted] was not happy after I told him we need to get in to do the appraisal tomorrow, He said:" this is too much". he is trying to minimize the intrusion for the newborn baby. I need to get in tomorrow and I did tell him apraiser will be the last time we need to go into the house and maybe with repairs. [redacted] is very nice. Anyway, if you can get someone out tomorrow at 9:30, then we can go in with the appriaser. Otherwise since [redacted] has many pics of the attic, the roofer knows exactly where to look. The owners are still trying to find the roof repair receipt since they moved and packed away.
