We did go out a do a 1 hour water test on the roof back on September 20, 2016.  No leaks were found, both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were home and witnessed this water test to the roof.  We do have an appointment with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] on Thursday, January 24th to remove some of the drywall in...

the stained area to gain access to inside of the roof area to see if we can determine where leak is coming from.  I will give you a complete update after this meeting.
