Roof Menders, Incorporated

Buyer BEWARE - Roof Menders, Incorporated applied their recommended product to my roof. It has warranty of 10 yrs. At 8 yrs, if failed. Many signs of deterioration, bubbling, and blistering, chipping exposing the primer coat in large sections. Brush strokes so thin you can see the primer.. Very ugly mess... Six months of complaints, they send someone out to patch a few of the eroding areas. Just to pacify me. But Is in total denial of about 1/3 of surface of the roof that is so thin you can see primer .
I have been Advised by other licensed certified applicators that preparation of the roof prior to painting is clearly specified by manufacturer and that the product was not applied to spec.
The product manufacturer has stated he will stand behind his product warranty, but the applicator - Roof Menders, Inc will not stand behind their work.
