I am the father of [redacted] ________. [redacted] just successful completed his probationary period in Lake County and is a former client of your facilities in Merrilville whom should have been released from your monitoring system last friday, like his legal court documents/plea agreement says, however...
You have a case manager working at your facility in Merrilville named [redacted]. She has told your former client/my son that since the "fax machine was broken" last week that she didn't receive any interstate compact from his sending jurisdiction in Iowa informing them to release him.
Let me be very clear here: My son had no problem waiting until the proper documentation arrives in order to be released from GPS monitoring. My son, as well as myself and his lawyer, have a HUGE problem with [redacted] threatening him to keep him on or 'petition' people to keep him on (which goes against the legal plea deal) GPS until he is paid in full (including this week and future weeks . . . . which he has no legal obligation to pay.) My son does owe $80 dollars for a past due which he will pay but not at the "petitioning and threatenings" of this unprofessional women named [redacted] you have in your offices.
Let me be very clear - My son has no more legal obligation to you or your facilities.
If you disagree you may do so at the Superior Courts of Cedar Rapids Iowa.
And will not pay 94.50 each week just because your fax machine was broken and because he is legally supposed to be off. He is being courteous and allowing you to get your paperwork in order. Do not mistake our kindness for weakness.
If you cannot resolve [redacted] and how she treats people so unprofessional than the next people you people you hear from is our Lawyer and the Revdex.com.
