say's he wants different gutter guards on the front gutter. I told him it would be $230.00 additional to purchase and install a different style of product. One year went by and we don't here nothing, then all of a sudden we have issues. He didn't want to pay the difference. That's when he thought he could negotiate money back. I offered $100.00 and we would be finished. He wanted $250.00. That' when I felt he was trying to take advantage of the situation. I would like to apologize for how and what I said. We are a customer oriented company, and the last thing we intend to do is make people angry. We "do not", I repeat "do not" take advantage of our customers. I feel in all fairness I will pay the $100.00. If this acceptable I will mail him a check. Please let me know
