Ron's Used Tires

Review: I dropped off a wheel and tire to be mounted at Ron's used tires. Since the tire is a 22 inch performance tire I specifically asked the employee did they have the ability to mount this type of wheel. I was told that they could handle it without scratching the rim. After some time I was asked if I could return in the morning to pick the wheel up because they needed additional help to mount the tire. When I returned to pick up the tire, the rim was severely scratched beyond repair. I talked to the manager "[redacted]", who did the work and he told me things happen and all they could do was give me the tire free of charge. I informed him that this was a $300 tire and I should get compensation. [redacted] declined and said I could take the tire free of charge. I left without a receipt and without paying. I later returned to [redacted] asking for him to split the cost of the wheel so I can get a replacement, he blew me off.Desired Settlement: I would like for The business to either replace the rim or to give me the money so I can buy a replacement myself.
