Instead of a rebuild or manufactured transmission. Please find that I have enclosed a copy of the invoke #[redacted] for you. You will see that it states "AS IS — NO WARRANTY" Mr. [redacted] contacted me by phone and stated that the transmission had failed and that the vehicle was Canada. I contacted the Company that supplied the Used Transmission and they stated that "They would give some assistance, if the original installing shop worked on the vehicle. I told Mr. [redacted] that I needed him to bring the vehicle back to me in able to get some assistance from the supplier. Mr. [redacted] then stated that he wanted the suppliers to give him assistance in Canada and asked for the supplier's phone number, which I provided to him. Mr. [redacted] spoke with the supplier an stated back to me that the suppliers 30 day guarantee was up and that they would not offer any assistance. I spoke to Mr. [redacted], after he spoke with the supplier, and I offered to still assist him with his transmission issue, if he would get the vehicle back to my shop. Even though the supplier was no longer willing to give some assistance.
