Review: The owner stated he could replace the glass on my Samsung S3 for $80. When I picked up the phone, I noticed that the home screen button, which usually sits flush with the glass, was recessed. I asked him why that was. He said it was because of the replacement glass was not original and it did not fit the same. He charged me $85.90. When I got home, I noticed that the bottom portion of the glass was not fully bonded. This is what caused the home button to be recessed. I also noticed small cracks in the glass around the home button. I called him immediately to tell him about the problem. It has only been 20 minutes since I picked up the phone from him. He told me to bring the phone in the next day. In the meantime, the small cracks ran and turned into large cracks. The next day, I took the phone in and showed him. He denied any fault stating that he didn't manufacture the glass he used so if it is faulty, it's not his fault. He then told me I was stupid and didn't understand the situation. I told him that he needed to either fix the phone correctly or refund the money. He said no and further stated " I don't care what you do. You already paid for it, if you want to sue me then do it". He then walked away to a back room of his shop.Desired Settlement: I want him to refund the $85.90. The phone is in worse condition now than it was before. I would also like an apology for his rudeness and for the name calling. I have never dealt with a business owner as rude and he was!

I gave her the phone with LCD uncracked and she brought back the phone with LCD cracked wanting a refund. I have been in business many years and never had this problem. I did not charge her for labor only for parts. If she brings back the phone with the original LCD uncracked I would go ahead and issue her a refund.
