Ron’s Moving

Moving was much slower than expected. Moving was to take place on a Monday, as settlement was on Tuesday. Moving wasn't completed until Wednesday (to a storage faciltiy). These inconveniences were forgivable. What was not forgivable was the bill: more than twice the estimate. We were charged almost $10000 for a local move. We tried to solve this problem with the credit card company, but got nowhere. The company knew about our dissatisfaction, but made no attempt to address this issue. We had to pay the itemized bill, because Ron's Moving had our possessions as hostage. I would never recommend this company to anyone else
