Ron's Gutters

Review: The gutter was installed over some dry rot which was brought to our attention by the workman after installation was complete. We asked them to remove the gutter so we could fix the dry rot, which they did. They told us to call when the repairs were made and they would reinstall the gutter. The repairs were made immediately and we called them to come and reinstall. They didn't come out so after about a week of unreturned phone calls the owner called and apologized saying he showed the work as completed. He said he would send someone out to get the job done. He didn't send anyone for several days during which time we had a lot of wind which blew the length of gutter off the roof (where it had been laying awaiting reinstallation). We made several phone calls to the owner advising him that the gutter was laying face down on the driveway and it was twisted, warped and scratched up. He finally sent someone over to reinstall it and when the work was completed the workman told me that we should get a new replacement since this length of gutter was damaged. [redacted], the owner, had advised me that once it was reinstalled he would have to order new product since he didn't have any more of that color in stock. We have called repeatedly and he has not returned any calls and I'm left with twisted, dented and scratched gutter across a 35 foot expanse of my garage roof.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the 35 foot length of damaged gutter replaced and installed.
