Ron's Glass & Screen, Inc.

Recently we moved to Moorpark and needed some work done in our house; it included some glass replacements and new windows throughout. We came across this establishment and inquire an estimate. Caryn took a list of items that needed to be looked at to generate the price, she also stated she would contact us by the following friday to let us know when they would come to see the place but failed to follow through with the call. When the representative finally came on the following Monday, he was unaware of the listed items to be looked at, as a result, Ron had to come back and take measurements. During Ron's visit, he did not smile at all, instead he appeared bothered to be there a second time. The estimate this company provided was not very clear, we requested a list of items and cost so we can meet our expense budgets, instead they were very rude and unhelpful.

Ron's Glass & Screen owners should invest some time to go through a customer service class; given the many options out there competing for business, they will loose customers same way they lost our business and our recommendations.
