Ron's Discount Tires

Review: I was given a low-ball price and then charged 59% more when the job was done. They gave me an initial price of $289 for front brakes on my 2000 Ford Ranger truck. After they took it apart and ordered parts I was told it would be slightly more because they wanted to use "better parts". I was shown a written order for $324, which I agreed to. After the job was done the business owner handed me an invoice for $459.75. The only explanation was the job required extra parts and labor that they never told me about. I protested but had to pay the invoice because I needed my truck back. I've heard this about Ron's Tires before but it's the first time it ever happened to me. I am very upset, especially considering how much business I've given them in the last 6 months. I think they owe me a refund of the extra charges and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.Desired Settlement: They owe me the difference from the price I agreed to and what they actually charged me. $135.75.
