This vehicle was purchased on February 2, 2015 as is with No Warranty written or implied. She and a male person checked this vehicle over and drove it and then purchased it with no warranty. She has been driving this vehicle for regularly for 10 months and now she wants a refund. This does not sound...

like a valid request. She has driven the car through the winter months at which time rust and occur with the salt usage on the roads. I do not know anything about any duck tape usage as I do not us duck tape. It took her from June to December to complain. These claims against Ron's Auto are not valid. If the car should have been scrap or parts she would not have been able to drive it this length of time.
