Review: I purchased an after-market plastic bumper from RonJon Sport Design. I conducted the purchase of this bumper on the phone [redacted] directly. [redacted] informed me that the material used in the bumper construction was original Honda manufacture quality.Upon receiving the bumper, reputable body shop would paint it because the plastic material used in making the bumper had the consistency of a rubber-band. It sagged without holding any form. After convincing a body shop to paint the bumper at the request [redacted], the paint would not adhere to the surface of the bumper. I informed [redacted] of the problem and asked him to inspect the product himself. I shipped the bumper back to him at my expense, [redacted] refused to accept delivery of the bumper. Need less to say, not only did I incur shipping cost, I had to pay body shop for painting the bumper. [redacted] has refused to refund me the cost of the bumper and shipping $875.00. I tried on multiple occasions to contact [redacted] directly; however, his rude and unfriendly demeanor is impossible to establish any meaningful communication. I'm not sure what kind of business RonJon Sport Design conducts, but I had expected more.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund for $875.
