Rondo Acres

We had such a good experience at Rondo Acres that when our Saint passed away many years later due to a car, we went back for a second Saint. Our dogs never had any hip displacement, or serious problems. Very gentle dogs. A Saint in the tropical weather of Yucatan, Mexico! They did fine living outside and spending some time inside. However, no air conditioning. Wonderful dogs!

We got our Saint Bernard from Rondo Acres a out 6 years ago. My boy Diesel is the sweetest Saint Bernard! I would highly recommend them. His temperament is calm and sweet. We haven't had any problem with health either. I will visit them to get another Saint when the time comes.

I purchased my Saint Bernard puppy from Rondo Acres in Waupun. I was told my puppy had been well socialized. I met him through a fence. When I picked my puppy up I discovered he had very little socialization, if any. He was not bonded to humans. The owner also said that he was very healthy and that she was careful in breeding her dogs to avoid any congenital problems. My puppy ended up having terrible hip dysplasia and a host of other congenital problems elsewhere in his body. He lived all 8 of his years on medications and supplements to avoid as much suffering as we could. He was then euthanized due to cancer of the spleen and heart. I find it funny that she has been advertised year-round for the last 8 years always having puppies available. My dog's mother was taken from the litter before I got him. The only reason they would do this, is so they could breed her again as soon as possible, as she will come into heat sooner if she stops lactating. In my opinion, this is a puppy mill.
