Rondinelli Tuxedo

I like the variety of tuxedo selections available at Rondinelli's. Equally important, Jasmine and Christina understand that fashion can't be the best without the perfect fit! Both did an outstanding job of taking the order, measuring for each item of the outfit, having pickup ready as requested, and helping with the 'try-on'. They take great pride in their suggestions and in ordering everything just right!

Review: I have multiple issue from this business like ordering a black suit and getting a white suit, not getting pieces that I have ordered, and sizes being completely wrong but this is not the issue I have a problem with. Every business screws up and that is fine but I have tried to contact someone high in the business to report the problem over 8 time with no luck. Everyone said they would pass it on and I should receive a call. Never received a call and there was no intentions for a discount or even an apology. In this situation I feel like my money has been stolen because I did not receive the product I ordered. The reason this could not be resolved when the product was obtained is because they put us in such a tight situation. The company messed up the shipment for the formal wear I needed and made me late to the event I was attending. In this situation I really couldn't dispute the problem and I had to take what they had(which was horribly wrong). The service received while I was trying to report the problem was horrible.Desired Settlement: This should be a very simple fix with at least the acknowledgment that they have messed up and they owe some sort of apology for the multiple appointment they caused me to miss by the bad service they provided. This whole situation cause me time and money that is non-replaceable. I did not even receive a confirmation call that they have heard my complaint.
