Rondas Chinchillas

I have bought all my sticks and treats from Rondas Chinchillas for several years, and I have always received wonderful products. My chinchillas love all her products, and the products are mailed out very fast. I recommend Rondas to everyone as a superior place to get supplies.

During the initial phone conversation this buyer was asked if the product was ok.  The response was that the product was ok and that the pets were enjoying it.  We have two issues with this;  1. The product had already been partially used by time of first contact before we asked for a weight.  2. Refusal to use a postal or food grade scale to get accurate weights.With inability to prove the actual weight we simply requested the remainder of the product at that time be returned for a full refund as in line with our return policy. We stand by this decision.

I did not use the product, I simply opened it to count how many sticks were actually there and the promised amount was not. I refused to purchase a scale because I already had one that measures to the specific ounce. The promised amount of sticks and weight were not given to me. I want the amount of sticks I didn't receive, and that were promised to me for no charge since this is the company's mistake and not mine. ISincerely,[redacted]
