after hurricane Wilma I hired ron rossi roofingwas told I can pick out my tilewe agreed on a start date because I wanted to be home the first few dayshe started days before and he dropped off in my driveway a small amount of tile from someone elses jobthey looked used and some were crackedI called and told them to stop until I pick out my tile but he continued he had workers on my roof in pouring down rain every issue I had I would call the office and his wife would curse and scream half way thru the roof he walked off and never finished there were to be three to four more inspections and I took the inspection sheet down a couple of weeks later after I called the head inspector [redacted] was in the office laughing at me and said he'll put a lean on my home the head inspector signed off on the next three to four inspections without any more work on my roof I called the city and they said what ever the head inspector says goes so I got ripped off and the inspector got paid offI filed a complaint and of course that's why they are now working in palm beach county instead of mainly broward be afraid, very afraidI made a complaint with the Revdex.com and nothing was donebut I also was told he could not put a lean on my home but he did

Such a pleasant time doing business with his company,RonRossi jr was such a nice individual whom took his timeWhen we called he helped answer any questions we had and took all the time we needed to be comfortable, the work was done in a very timely mannerThe office lady was a bit difficult to talk to but all in all 5starsThank Joe Collins and Ron Rossi Jr for helping my family geta roof over our head and to stay leak free for the holidays
