I Payed 1080.00 for a crown which I did not receive. Dr. [redacted] office said all of my insurance would absorb so I would have to pay the full amount for the crown. My insurance said they paid 474.00 for a crown and I am to pay 475.00, but I was told I had to pay a full price by Dr. [redacted]s office which is 1080.00. I will not be satisfied until I get my money back which is 1080.00. I was swindled out of.

his insurance carrier. Once all claims have bee settled and Mr. [redacted]'s out-of-pocket is cleared we will then refund any and all monies due Mr. [redacted] and/or his insurance.
