poor customer service very poor the owner is very very rude dosent know what a customer service is all about all they want to do is take your money up front and not fix there problems laterI went there its a USED h& r springs and they changed it and charged me $about a week later I took my car back and changed my USED springs for a USED coilovers and after that the car started making noise so I took it back and they said " oh some bolts were looses" are you kidding me????????really...so they took care of that....a few days go back the problem comes back again the car was making noise again so I called and they said bring it back so I did take it back....they put a guy next to me to go for a test drive and he said that the noise is coming from the rear of the car????really ???? I drove over speed bumper mine this that im driving forward not back words lol anyways we go back to the shop and they guy is working on the back which the noise was coming from the frontso they just told me to take my car and leave because I took them used parts and they were not suppose to install which they did on the springs and the coilovers times I took them used parts and they installed them now they tell me that there company policy is not to install used part which they did and took money from me twice....so the rude owner little short guy told me to take the car and leavehe didn't even want to take a look at the car from the front he said I needed to leave because they had cars that they needed to work on?????? they told me to come early in the morning which I did and now they tell me they have cars to work on.....I will NEVER go to this place EVER AGAINand there not even Revdex.com but im going to push this manner because something could have gone wrong with the " LOOSE BOLTS' and they didn't even offer any kind or a refund or a sorry
