At this time, I have not been contacted by Windows R Us regarding complaint ID ***I had not heard anything so I contacted Windows R Us again today November 7th, *** answered and I asked if we were getting a new replacement window or not? She said
has been in the back of Sam's truck and he would stop when he couldI proceeded to tell her that this was no way to do business and if we did business this way we would not have any cause we have been waiting since April for a replacement windowAsked for her to schedule me a time and date for the appointment but she would not just said that he would stop when he had timeAsked again that I wanted a time and date for him to come out and replace the window but again she did not want to give me one and said she could lie and make one upI told her that would be fine cause since July 20th I have been lied to about thisshe argued that was not true and that was not the last time she talked to meI have every time I have called and left a message or talked to someone written down in the folder with the window orderI stated again that was no way to run a business and she stated that it was hard with just the two of them and that she picks and chooses who and when she calls backThis is bad business in my opinion and I know that for a fact as I am the manufacturing manager for *** ***, Inc a million dollar a year company and if we did anything like this we would not have any customers come backWould really like to get this scheduled and taken care of as well as our account for future warranty be transferred to another officePlease advise what can be done as I still have no date and time scheduled for the replacement window to be installedI mentioned also that it was probably a minute job as well and she stated if that so not sure why we cannot get a scheduled time and date to get this handled
