I hired United relocation (Knuth Rd suite 200, Boynton beach FL 33436, phone XXX-XXX-XXXX) to arrange my move from Moorhead, MN, to Eugene ORThey used Discount Interstate (N Courtenay Parkway suite Merritt Island FL 32953) who then hired Fara TruckingThe movers showed up on Wednesday June 20th, the move had been scheduled for pick up Saturday-Sunday June 16-The movers left items behind without explanation, without calling me (I was on the road in Montana, because they were late and I needed to get to OR for my job)The bulk of my things were delivered July 11thMultiple items were not delivered, I was told that I would get a phone call from Frank at Fara to let me know when everything else would arriveI never heard from FrankI have called both Discount Interstate, United Relocation, and Fara trucking over dozen timesEach company tells me to call the otherI have left messagesI have e-mailedI have textedI have only managed to speak with Frank times

Havent received stuff picked up by discount interstate
I signed in to an agreement with United Interstate months agoThe binding moving estimate reference number is ***Requested move date was 6/16-6/ I put down $via credit card transaction on 5/15/I also ordered a mattress cover and extra boxesI paid another $via credit card transaction on 6/13/for the extra boxes and mattress coverI was told by United that the movers would pack the boxes for meI got an email reminder 6/12/for the upcoming moveThey came to pick up my stuff at 9:at night and didnt finish until 2amThey didnt bring the mattress cover, and I had to pack the boxes myselfFrank from Discount had been in touch with me and told me that I would get a discount if I paid them cash, $1180, so I didI told them that I would like to have the stuff delivered to *** no earlier than July 3rdFrom before the move and after I had kept in

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!! THEY ARE CORRUPT AND COMPLETELY DISHONEST
THEY USE OLD TRUCKS, THAT ARE IN POOR CONDITION AND NOT PAID FORHAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH AND ATTEMPT TO GET ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM YOU AND THREATEN TO KEEP YOUR GOODS IF YOU DON'T PAY
FRANK WILL LIE TO YOU AND NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS, UNTIL HE WANTS MORE MONEY
