I received the customer's response. I mailed a check for 125.00 on 2/3/17 to the customer as he requested a refund for the repair he paid. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do. Thank You,

Customer paid for the glass. I delivered and Installed the new double pane picture window, after removal of old window. I was paid for the installation. I used all purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk with silicone, which failed.
I was not aware there was an issue until I received notification from BBC. I would be willing to go correct the issue for the customer or refund the installation fee
