Mr ***s truck was towed in Sep 19th by [redacted] towing.The truck would not start, the motor is locked upWe told Mr [redacted] but he don't understandHe has come to the service dept or times asking us to install fuel filter so he can drive his truck homeI have tried to exsplain that wont fit itAlso the truck has never been here beforeI have told Mr [redacted] he can have his truck anytime he wants itHe does owe tow bill and diagnois feeI would like for him to come get it, because its been here for monthsMr [redacted] is having trouble understanding what it will take to fix his truck
