We have used this company before with no issues, and the older gentleman that came out was very pleasant, however the last time I called them to come out was for a leaking washerOf course when they came it didnt leak so I was charged $for coming out and they said if it happens again within days call and they will come backWell of course it did the following week and has almost everyday sinceI have called times and each time was told I would be contacted by someone to schedule an appt and it has been over a month and I have not heard from themI am very disappointed with this companyWhat a waste of money and time

Of course when they came it didnt leak so I was charged $85 for coming out and they said if it happens again within 30 days call and they will come back. Well of course it did the following week and has almost everyday since. I have called 3 times and each time was told I would be contacted by someone to schedule an appt and it has been over a month and I have not heard from them. I am very disappointed with this company. What a waste of money and time.
