Review: I hired this contractor to replace my roof. Upon completing the roof, one of his workers informed me that my chimney needed to be sloushed. I asked what the cost of the repair would be, and it cost me an additional $500.00. His worker boasted about his work saying, "you'll die before this chimney ever leaks again. Needless to say, approximately 2 years afterwards my roof began to leak. I would climb the attic steps, only to find it leaking with every rain we had. Discouraged, I contacted Mr. Pirring, and told him of the concern, He told me that he would send his "crew" out to look at it within the week. That was a year ago. About one month later, I personally ran into Mr. Pirring while I was out in public. I approached him, asking him why he never sent anyone to look into the problem. He replied by saying, "you're making me feel bad". He then again said he would send his workers to look at the problem. No one ever came! Approximately, 10 days ago, I contacted him via his Contracting facebook page. I told him that I felt he lacked integrity, and he agreed. He also agreed to once again send his workers within the week to look at my leaking roof. No one ever came, and I feel as though I've been scammed! I want resolution to my leaking roof, which I paid in full to have repaired. Please help me with this issue, as I'm at my wits end.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Pirring to refund my money, so that I may have a reputable company replace my roof. I do not trust his work ethics, nor want any part of his company involved in the repair of my roof.
