First of all our office is not closed We had a show room at [redacted] We no longer need the show room , so it is up for sell We are doing service work and new construction at this time Our main phone number is still in place [redacted] and we check messages from our cell phones We are now working remotely all calls are returned to the best of our knowledge If a customer calls in with a problem with the alarm system and we determine they need a service call the message is then emailed to our technician.If the customer is under contract, which 99% are they need to fulfill the contract or the money left owing is due from the customer This is handled through our billing department Yes we received one phone call message saying the system was eractically beeping No other calls were received Not sure why this justified replacing the alarm system and going with another company when under contract If the customer is monitored they can also contact the monitoring station and they can email us or contact our emergency numberWe apologize for any misunderstanding, our office is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico Our customers do not need to know where we are otherwise Hopefully this has cleared up this complaint and we are sorry if you decided to go with another company

I am rejecting this response because:They did not discuss their inability to provide timely technician support with their billing department They are attempting to place the blame for their lack of commiment to supporting their customer on me Their billing department acts like they are independent of customer support, which maybe there are since one is back east and the technician support is in New Mexico Billing intends to hold me financially reponsible for a contract that the local concern does not properly support.Please forward the compliant to the Modern Security billing department AFA Redemption Center, *** *** ** *** Phone number *** *** ***
