Review: In June I contacted Ron Jon to install a new heating/cooling system in my home in N.J. It was installed at the cost of a little over $10,00.00. The first warm day the unit was turned on and it blew hot air. Tech came out and advised that the unit was fine, it must be the way it was operated. He went through the process (again) of operating the remote controls. Six additional days of hot summer temps subsequently lead to six more service calls. Finally, a leak was found in the tubing and it was working.

Fast forward to November 19th and the first time that the heat would be used. Put it on 66 degrees-came home to house registering 59 degrees. Service call number seven. Unit still not working properly. Called in and was advised that a new duo of technicians would come out to check out the situation and was assured that I would receive a call reviewing what action was taken. Never got a call. Service call number eight.Desired Settlement: Replace the existing unit with a new one. It is obvious that this system is not working properly AND a call from the owner giving me assurance that this will be taken care of.
