RON FERRARI AUTO SALES INCCENTER RDBRUNSWICK, OHIO 44212Phone 330-220-Fax 330-220-February 23,2017Revdex.com West Market St Akron, Ohio To Whom I May Concern: Re: Edward [redacted] ***Mr [redacted] purchased this vehicle on Tuesday 1/24/On Wednesday 1/25/he left a message on our answering machine that the check engine light came onWe are closed on WednesdayOn Thursday 1/26/the salesman, Tom, called Mr [redacted] and told him the bring the vehicle to us so that we could scan the vehicle to see what the code was for the check engine lightMr [redacted] said he was at a doctors appointment and would call him back later in the dayHe never called back.On 1/30/he sent us an email which stated that they took the vehicle and had it tested and the cost of $Torn called Mr [redacted] again and asked him the bring us the vehicle and we would see what we could doHe never brought us the vehicle or called us againWe received this notice from the Revdex.com on 2/23/and we never received a notice before this dateWhen Mr [redacted] took delivery of this vehicle on 1/24/he asked about it passing an e-check and I told him that it would pass but if they had a problem they should call us and we would have it checked outWe were never evasive about it passing an e-check by law we do not have to guarantee that they pass e-check but we always tell our customers to contact us if they have a problemMr [redacted] was asked twice to bring us the vehicle so we could have it checked out and he never did and he never called backHe chose to take it to a repair shop on his own, Had he brought the vehicle we would have had it repairedI have enclosed a copy of the email that was sent to us from Mr [redacted] on 1/30/17.Sincerely, Ron Ferrari, President

On Thursday 1/26/17 the salesman, Tom, called Mr. [redacted] and told him the bring the vehicle to us so that we could scan the vehicle to see what the code was for the check engine light. He never called back.On 1/30/17 he sent us an email which stated that they took the vehicle and had it tested and the cost of $109.00. Torn called Mr. [redacted] again and asked him the bring us the vehicle and we would see what we could do. He never brought us the vehicle or called us again. We received this notice from the Revdex.com on 2/23/17 and we never received a notice before this date. When Mr. [redacted] took delivery of this vehicle on 1/24/17 he asked about it passing an e-check and I told him that it would pass but if they had a problem they should call us and we would have it checked out. We were never evasive about it passing an e-check by law we do not have to guarantee that they pass e-check but we always tell our customers to contact us if they have a problem. He chose to take it to a repair shop on his own, Had he brought the vehicle we would have had it repaired.
