We brought in Noguera's Construction to help us oversee and perform administrative duties concerning receiving our flood insurance payments from our mortgage companyThey were told up front that we would not need much, if any physical construction performed by them as all of our subcontractors had already been chosen, and a lot of work already performedThings began smoothly until all of a sudden and out of nowhere they wrote themselves a $10,check! ($to be exact) They did this without even a prior conversation about what their "service fee" (as they themselves called it), much less a written contract as to what they were to be paidWe think this constitutes outright theft! The result? We have had to move back into our home by July 4th with unfinished cabinetry (so no countertops or a working stove as of yet), and no finished bathroom for our children; all girls, the youngest ones being and Our cabinetry, tile work, and plumbing contractors will not come complete any work until they are paid up, which would have happened weeks ago with the $10,these people helped themselves toThey actually said to us, "well, we have bills to pay and other people haven't paid us yet"UNBELIEVABLE!!! The result for us? We are living in an unfinished house with small children with no complete kitchen (the plumber needs to hook up the gas for the new range), no bathtub for the children (the little ones are scared of the one working shower we do have), and will now be delayed for who knows how long getting our last draw from the mortgage company because they have left us way short of being 90% completeWe have to share the blame for not thinking about sitting down with these people before hand and ironing an agreement outWith that being said, Noguera's Construction STOLE our money - more than we ever would have agreed to pay them for the limited services we needed from them - without EVEN CONSULTING WITH US FIRST! In my opinion, these people are shallow, uncompassionate thievesWhen I confronted the owner personally to let him know my displeasure, he promised me to my face that he would replace the money and we could get together later to discuss their compensation, presumably out of the last draw where their payment should have come from in the first placeThat has not happenedSo you can add to the list of what these people are: dishonest bold-faced liarsMy greatly saddened and depressed wife, and my young children thank you for further prolonging the flood grief of

Mr*** very well may conclude the matter closed and it also seems there is additional text added to the dealerships disclaimer from what was published on the website add, copied here,

I DID make sure that the price advertised was the accurate price, I asked the person that phoned me to set up the appointment with a salesperson, ***, on two separate occasions if the price WAS ACCURATE, to which she said yes!
And to the offer, "As previously offered, we would be happy to sell the vehicle as shown on our website." , no one has contacted me to say the offer, "Ron's Price: $11,710" was valid and a credible offer and not just another attempt to sell me vehicle at a much greater price.
I would welcome the opportunity to purchase the vehicle at the advertised, Ron's Price: $11,
